Shipping & Returns
All Bamburie orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are accurate, as we cannot redirect packages once dispatched. The billing address must match the one on your credit card statement.
You will receive a confirmation email upon shipping, and we may verify your details with your card issuer before dispatch. Orders typically process within 24 hours, or up to 48 hours during peak sales. Delivery times are estimated from the dispatch date and may vary by location.
For security, all online purchases require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the driver will attempt delivery on three consecutive business days. If unsuccessful after these attempts and five days of no communication, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at phoabi@bamburie.com with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
During sale periods, orders may ship in eco-friendly packaging. Items will be securely wrapped and delivered in a recyclable, discreet box. Gift packaging is not available.
